Metal sandwich panel with an insulating layer of polyurethane or polyurethane and rock wool and a curved longitudinal axis for roofing of industrial and civil buildings, with a radius of curvature ranging from 3500 mm to 20000 mm. The OYSTER® panel is suitable for industrial buildings with traditional roofing made of fibre-cement slabs of variable length between 1,22 and 2,44 m and a radius of curvature between 12 and 20 meters. The new panel is a thermally insulated solution to replace those slabs. Also suitable for industrial buildings with shingle roofing, consisting of prefabricated load-bearing beams in reinforced concrete or pre-stressed concrete usually placed at a centre distance of 4/6 m and connected to each other by curved elements. It is assembled with a clearance of approximately 2 to 3 meters. The fixing of the ends to the supporting structure is made with special steel brackets. Traditionally, these curved elements are made of fretted metal or fibre-cement slabs.
