XXL Laser Cutting for Metalwork
In 2026, OFFICINE NUOVE S.r.l. expanded its manufacturing capabilities with state-of-the-art laser cutting technology. Engineered to satisfy the bespoke technical requirements of our industrial clients, this high-precision service delivers oversized (XXL) metalwork and sheet metal components pre-processed and ready for immediate on-site assembly or welding.
Our fiber laser system delivers a power output of 20 kW across a 3 x 14 m cutting bed and features a 3D-Bevel head for bevel cutting during weld preparation, which eliminates secondary manual operations such as grinding, mechanical milling, or plasma trimming.
Fully integrated processing—from coil levelling to final assembly—backed by certified raw materials and highly skilled technicians, to ensure maximum precision and quality across our laser cutting services, with structural certification available upon request for custom steelwork.
Black sheet steel (S235, S275, S355 and equivalent grades): thickness ranging from 1 mm to 35 mm, delivering high dimensional accuracy, tight processing tolerances and superior cut-edge quality, for light and heavy structural steelwork and metal fabrication.
Stainless steel: thickness ranging from 0.6 to 10 mm, engineered for the fabrication of custom components for the industrial, food-grade, architectural, and plant engineering sectors.
Galvanised steel sheet: thickness ranging from 0.6 to 5 mm, for light steelwork, including structural applications, architectural sheet metal, and plant engineering.
Precision Sheet Metal Shaping
Our XXL laser processing system is a strategic asset for the high-precision fabrication of thin-gauge sheet metal tailored to the roofing and cladding industry. It executes intricate micro-details, custom serrations, wave profiles, and complex geometries with exceptional dimensional accuracy. This guarantees absolute visual and structural consistency across building finishes without the need for post-process painting, while significantly optimizing material yield and reducing scrap.
The system supports full customization of inspection hatches, technical enclosures, architectural screening, bespoke furniture components, commercial signage, and decorative facade panels.
Pre-painted steel sheet: thickness ranging from 0.6 to 1.5 mm, available in standard industry colorways. Additional RAL shades available upon request.
Natural and pre-painted aluminium: thickness ranging from 1 to 5 mm for mill finish (natural) and up to 2 mm for pre-painted substrates, available in standard industry colorways.
Corten: a material used primarily for high-value aesthetic finishes, decorative elements, and custom-engineered technical components, designed for architectural, landscape, and street furniture applications.
