Officine Nuove is equipped with a Thalmann double folder, which enables automatic and simultaneous positive and negative bending with a precision of ± 0.5°, allowing the production of complex profiles that cannot be manufactured with any other machinery.

Custom Profiled Sheets
Based on the customer’s drawing or with the support of our Technical Department, we manufacture your profile with your desired finish, in 1.0 mm aluminium or 0.6 mm pre-painted sheet metal, available in all stock colours (other colours and RAL shades to order), as well as in copper and perforated sheet metal.

Profiled Sheet for Fiber-Cement - 146/48
The metal over-roofing profile is a practical and cost-effective solution for safely encapsulating asbestos-containing fiber-cement roofing without removal and subsequent disposal. Ideal for small areas such as residential houses, apartment blocks, or canopies, it guarantees protection from weathering, proper drainage, and enhanced aesthetics.
Made of 1.0 mm aluminium or 0.6 mm pre-painted galvanized steel. Available to order with a 177/51 pitch as well.

Standing Seam Sheets
Officine Nuove manufactures custom-sized standing seam sheets, using materials available from stock or made to order, in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Sheet lengths can be up to 8.2 m.
